A person who threatens a school may be charged with intimidation or assault, according to school resource officer Clint Anderson. Anderson has worked with the Bozeman Police Department for the last 10 years. He told NBC Montana felony intimidation carries a maximum of 10 years in jail and up to a $50,000 fine or both.
