Billings: A fire damaged part of the Home Depot store on King Avenue West. The fire was reported at 11:36 p.m. Sunday.
Police in Montana say a man who barricaded himself inside a store that sells firearms and ammunition has been found dead after he was shot in a gunfight with officers. The man died after a 10-hour standoff at a Big Bear Sports Center in Billings.

No injuries have been reported after an early Sunday morning fire at a home in Victor. The Victor Volunteer Fire Department, along with crews from Corvallis, Pinesdale and Stevensville, responded to a home on U.S. Highway 93 just before 2 a.m.

Billings: Police said a man was shot in the back early Monday. Sgt. Pat Curry said the shooting was reported at 1:55 a.m. at 917 N. 19th St. where officers found a 35-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the back of his torso. The man was conscious and transported to St. Vincent Healthcare.

A 42-year-old man is recovering from an accidental gunshot wound. Sheriff Roger Thompson said it happened on Main Street in downtown Sheridan. He said two friends were getting into a truck. The driver of the truck was trying to clear space in the back seat for his friend to sit there. He went to move his rifle and grabbed it near the trigger, accidentally causing it to discharge.
